Minimum Orders
- Our minimum order value is £75.
- Minimum Quantity is 1 piece per item applies to every order.
- Gift boxes are not included with the jewellery.
- £9 Carriage fee for orders under £500.00 (UK only). For orders over £500.00 carriage is free carriage (UK only).
Payment
Credit/Debit Cards
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta. The company reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details.
Cheques
Cheques must be made payable to Forever Jewellery and sent to the following address:

Please allow 7 working days from receipt of your cheque before your order is despatched.
Prices
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order.
All prices are subject to change without notices. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
Return and Cancellation
No returns or replacements will be given without a Return Reference Number.
We will be happy to refund providing the goods are unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving goods. Goods correctly supplied to order are not returnable except by arrangement, a handling charge of 20% of the invoice value may be incurred in the absolute discretion of the seller. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit.
For Health and Hygiene reasons, under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earring.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Delivery
Delivery will be made within five working days.A carriage fee of £9 is charged on an order up to £250.00 within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland only. Goods will be despatched by carrier or recorded post.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY AND OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK
Delivery for overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges from customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We would like our international customers to be aware of this. Parcel inspection may be carried out by the custom authorise. Goods will be despatched by international recorded service and charges are according to weight and destination. Please contact sales@foreverjewellery.co.uk to place your order and specifying your destination country, we will then contact you to advise the shipping costs.
Title Claims
All goods remain the property of Forever Jewellery until full payment has been received.
The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery, but will remain with the Company until full payment has been received from the buyer. In the event of non-payment, the Company is entitled to repossess the goods unless they have been subject to prior re-sales in which case the company shall be entitled to the proceeds of re-sale in the hands of any buyer or any liquidator, receiver or trustee in the bankruptcy of the buyer.
